The Smarthome 2484DWH8 is the perfect product to install in switch locations where you are frequently forgetting to turn the device off. It's great for lights in areas like garages, basements, laundry rooms, bathrooms and more! The buttons are pre-configured for 2, 5, 10, 15 30 minutes, 1 and 2 hours. The extra button can be set as "always on/off" or "4 hours timer" and appropriate keys are included. The backlit buttons will indicate the remaining time before the lights/devices will turn off and lights will receive a warning flash one minute before they turn off automatically.
The Keypad timer can be linked to external insteon devices so they too will turn off when the timer expires!
For a perfect finish, screwless wallplates are available. It's amazing how much difference a lack of screws makes to the final appearance.
