The ACT AF310 attenuates noise and other unwanted signals above and below the 120kHz band without attenuating X10 powerline control signals. Sometimes these signals outside the X10 band can cause interference that impacts X10 or A10 communications. This filter attenuates spikes and transients having rise times which are too fast to be effected by traditional spike suppressors. It can be used with 120VAC, 208VAC, 240VAC, 277VAC installations.
