Otodor swing door openers easily turn any standard swing open door in to an automatic door. Suitable applications include interior household doors, office doors, health care facilities, seniors homes and public restrooms. They can be opened by means of wall mounted, or hand held transmitters, keypads, or motion sensors and can also include electromagnetic door locks to keep them closed until commanded to open, for added security.
Otodor Swing door openers are designed to be installed by DIY customers using simple tools. These automatic door openers work with any in-swing or out-swing door up to 42 inches wide and up to 100 pounds. They're suitable for both wood and metal doors. Add an MC-201 magnetic lock for extra security if you wish the door to be held shut until the opener is activated.
The Otodor DM-50 kit includes a 4 button keychain remote and comes complete with all mounting hardware. Each door opener can learn up to 16 individual transmitters.
