LX-DSL3F - Logenex 3 Port RJ31/38X DSL Filter
High Speed (DSL) phone line internet services cause interference with many phone devices including alarms, phone systems and Teledoorbell systems. The LX-DSL3F plugs in to a RJ31/38X jack and filters out this interference and allows the alarm and Teledoorbell to function properly.
Port 1 - Alarm System Port - filters DSL signals allowing the alarm to communicate
Port 2 - Teledoorbell Intercom Unit - filters DSL signals allowing the alarm to communicate
Port 3 - Test port / DSL filtered port for providing phone service to premise structured wiring panels without DSL service passing through. Note: Plugging in an RJ11 connector to this 3rd port will result in
blocking Basic Phone Service from returning back out through the (RJ31X
/ CA38A) MAIN CORD connection while allowing only the high-speed
service to continue to flow through. |
