IS YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS SECURE?  PART 1

We used to be able to go out and not worry about locking our doors, but in reality those days are behind us. A good deadbolt, window locks and patio door enforcements are a good start, but is that enough?  The technology and price of alarm systems and security cameras have dropped to the point where they're very affordable and one should consider one or both as a way to protect your home or business.   Alarm systems are an excellent deterrent and provide a great deal of peace of mind, knowing that your place is safe while you're home and away, whether they're self monitored or professionally monitored.  A mix of imitation security cameras and working security cameras will add a visual deterrent and also serve to provide evidence in case of a crime. Both systems are also a great way to know who's been around and to check in on the family when you're not around.
