POWERMAXPLUS - Visonic Powermax Plus Complete Wireless Alarm System Kit

The Visonic Powermax Plus is an easy to use, but advanced professional wireless security system with built-in voice prompts, telephone self-monitoring and telephone control, elderly/sick monitoring features, latchkey alerts and panic alerts. 

The Powermax+ can be expanded by adding additional wireless sensors, secondary Visonic wireless keypad, GSM cellular module, Powerlinc Internet Module and X10 modules for wireless reporting, email/web access or home automation control. From work, on vacation, or even during travel, homeowners easily access the system via SMS, e-mail, mobile and regular phones, or a secure web application. Other important management capabilities include an advanced scheduler for automation of multiple daily routines, and a voice message center accessible within and outside the home.

This bundle includes a wireless pet friendly motion director, 2 wireless door/window sensors, and a wireless keyfob for arming/disarming remotely.

The Powermax+ supports up to 28 wireless zones (sensors) and 2 hardwired zones and has a built-in piezo siren and connections for 2 external hardwired sirens. It has a digital dialer for reporting to a central monitoring station, and also has a built-in telephone dialer which can be programmed to call up to 4 user telephone numbers to report an alert to the homeowner or friends for zero cost self monitoring. It can also report to a pager or it can be professionally monitored by a central station.

The Powermax+ is an excellent system used to protect the elderly or sick.  In addition to standard alarm functionality, it can be programmed to alert by telephone if there is a panic alert from a keyfob, panic wristwatch or pendant in case of a fall or accident.  It can also be programmed to alert by telephone if there is NO activity on certain zones such as motion sensors in the bedroom, bathroom or kitchen within a programmable time period.  This way if the resident doesn't move for an extended time the system will send an alert and family can check in by telephone or visit to ensure everything is OK.

The Powermax+ has built-in 2 way voice communication so the central station, or the person receiving a telephone alarm call, can be allowed to listen in to see what's happening at the house.

Latch Key mode allows the alarm to call a specified telephone number when the kids arrive home and disarm the system, so you know they're safe.
