Shipping
We ship across Canada from our warehouse in Ontario, typically using a simple flat rate based on location, with free shipping available to most destinations in Canada. We will select the courier at our discetion based on a number of factors including size, weight, cost and your location. Our primary couriers are UPS, Purolator and Canada Post. Note that PO box addresses can only ship via Canada Post. Our checkout page will indicate shipping cost or free shipping once you enter your address and prior to submitting any payment.
We try our best to avoid charging additional freight however some heavy/bulky items or extended service areas may require additional shipping/handling charges. In this case, you will be contacted prior to shipping to arrange for additional payment or to cancel your order if that's your preference. Other shipping methods including Expeditd and Overnight Air are available by request. You may make a request in the order comments and we will contact you prior to shipping your order as needed.
We review orders prior to shipping and we may request additional information to validate the order, or may need to ship to the billing address matching your payment method if we aren't able to validate the ship-to address. To speed up order processing please be sure your information matches the payment method.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF CANADA
We currently DO NOT ship to USA. For other countries you must have a customs broker. When you import product from outside your country, the importer (you) is responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges that might be levied by your government or customs agents and collected by them or the courier. We do not charge these fees and can't control whether any fees will be due or how much they may be. You are also responsible to ensure the product(s) meet any local requirements for their use or installation.proceed with the order.
LOSS / DAMAGE
It is your responsibility to inform us of any shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the package. Notification beyond 24 hours may result in the claim being denied.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF CANADA AND USA
Once we receive your order order we will contact you with shipping options and costs so you can select your preferred courier. You can expect costs to be from $30-$80 on average, possibly higher on larger or heavier shipments. Customers outside Canada will be responsible for any applicable customs, brokerage, duties and/or taxes levied by the courier or government.
REFUSED & UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
Refused shipments, shipments returned to sender or undelivered shipments will be refunded once the product is safely received back in our warehouse, less any shipping/customs/duties/handling costs, and 20% handling fee, Any damage caused by round trip shipping due to a refused package will result in additional restocking fees or refund being refused.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
Orders that are in stock and complete typically ship the same or next business day. Approximate transit times are indicated beside the courier selection on the checkout page once you have entered your address but generally speaking delivery is anywhere from 1-2 days in Ontario, to 4-5 days to East/West coast, and 3-7 days to USA after the order is shipped.
